Certified Management Systems was established in 1993 as a full service accounts receivable and revenue cycle management specialist providing business office outsourcing solutions.  We recognized the need to fulfill the growing need of receivables staff in hospitals and large physician groups.  Following up with insurance claims, self-pay balances and payment plans were both time consuming and resource draining for many facilities. Increasing volumes with decreasing budgets created opportunities to streamline procedures and utilize outsourcing programs for increased efficiency.  

Certified Management Systems is a division of Certified Credit & Collection Bureau and follows the same ethics and ideals as well as the knowledge of over 45 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
