We recognized the need to fulfill the growing need of receivables staff in hospitals and large physician groups. Following up with insurance claims, self-pay balances and payment plans were both time consuming and resource draining for many facilities. Increasing volumes with decreasing budgets created opportunities to streamline procedures and utilize outsourcing programs for increased efficiency.
